Caroline Killeavy, CEO of YMCA Lincolnshire, has won Director of the Year for the Third Sector in Lincolnshire.
Naomi Watkins, CEO of NW Counselling Hub CIC, has won Director of the Year among the Start-Ups in Lincolnshire.
